CGI of the proposed development
Project Information
The project has been developed by Marick Real Estate, in collaboration with Cambridge City Council, and Staycity as well as through consultation with relevant stakeholders and the community.
Cambridge City Council will be the operator of the car park and cycle facilities. Cambridge City Council is currently the freeholder of the site and will continue to own the site post completion. Staycity will be the hotel operator and tenant and will manage the hotel, the courtyard and surrounds. The scheme was provided with planning permission in December 2019 and the full application can be viewed on Cambridge City Council’s Planning Portal with the planning reference 19/1159/FUL.
